My name is Elisa Makrai and I have a background in sales, marketing and leadership – but my heart has always beat a little extra for people, health and personal development.

Today I work with just that: supporting people who want to feel better, find balance and create a life that feels meaningful.

I am a certified coach with a passion for helping you grow – both inside and out.

My coaching is based on the ICC's ethical guidelines and is about creating safe, open conversations where you can explore your thoughts, break patterns and transform obstacles into opportunities. Together we create a plan that suits you - your needs, your everyday life and your dreams.
